By accessing or using the OneForge platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the website, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password.

3. Tutoring & Trial Sessions

OneForge acts as an intermediary platform to connect students with expert tutors.

• For Students: You may request free trial lessons or purchase full video courses/live lessons. Tutors have sole discretion to accept/reject trial requests.
• For Tutors: You must deliver professional instruction, prepare suitable study materials, and respect the code of conduct. You represent that you possess the credentials listed on your profile.

4. Intellectual Property

All course syllabus, video materials, study material uploads, graphics, logo, and codebase are protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, record, republish, or distribute course contents without explicit written consent from the course author and OneForge.

5. Limitation of Liability

OneForge is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tutor-student relationships, class cancellations, technical issues, or the behavior of platform members.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
