1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 14-day refund policy on catalog course purchases. If you purchase a video course and find that it does not fit your learning needs, you can submit a support ticket within 14 days of purchase requesting a refund, provided you have watched less than 20% of the course syllabus.
2. Tutoring Session Cancellations
For scheduled 1-on-1 live lessons:
- Cancellations with 24h Notice: You can reschedule or request a full credit refund for classes cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, as instructors have blocked time slots in their schedules.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact customer support through our Contact Support form. Provide your account email address, course title or transaction receipt, and the reason for refund. Refund processing takes 5–7 banking business days to return to your original payment method.
